Is the Heroine’s Path for You?

This circle is for women who want to explore their own Heroine’s Path through creative practice and gentle self-coaching. Together, we use art, journaling, and reflection to notice what’s shifting, name what needs to be released, and understand the deeper story unfolding within us. It’s a slow, steady way of walking your journey—one mark, one insight, one season at a time.

You may be here if:

  • You’ve spent years caring for everyone else and feel ready to come home to yourself.

  • You crave creativity, connection, and a grounded spiritual rhythm.

  • You’re curious about art and journaling—even if you don’t think you’re “an artist.”

  • You’re tired of performing and pleasing.

  • You want a safe, steady community that honors your boundaries and your truth.

Each section includes descriptive text about the stage.

Walking the Path

I. Answering the Call

Jan-Mar

 Awakening, Honesty, and Beginning Again

Every journey begins with a whisper: There must be more than this. In this act, you slow down to hear your own truth and begin the descent into clarity—not darkness.

You will:

  • Name what’s no longer working

  • Ground in your why

  • Create your first vision pieces

  • Step into the Circle with courage and softness

IV. The Return

Oct-Dec

Integration, Wisdom, and Becoming

In the final act, you gather your year’s wisdom and weave it into the life you’re stepping back into. You return—not as who you were, but as who you’ve become.

You will:

  • Claim your growth

  • Create practices that nourish every season

  • Prepare for your next cycle of becoming

  • Celebrate your return in community

III. Transformation

Jul-Sep

Shadow, Healing, and Rewriting Your Story

This is where the Heroine meets herself honestly. Together, we explore patterns like perfectionism and people-pleasing, and you learn to meet your inner critic with compassion.

You will:

  • Release old identities

  • Rewrite limiting stories

  • Build capacity for stillness and clarity

  • Discover the deeper wisdom you carry

“When I began working with Brandy, my thoughts were all over the place and I was having a hard time identifying what goals I wanted to set for myself. I also had self defeating thoughts that were not helping in the process but keeping me from positive changes. Brandy has helped me identify things I want to work on and helped me get specific about how to accomplish those things. She has helped me create more helpful thoughts and specific actions to accomplish my goals. This has been one of the coolest most helpful things I have ever done for myself!”

Before attending Brandy's Heart of Weight loss online circle, I was simply way too busy - doing all the things for everyone, but neglecting time for me. Working with Brandy on the group calls was like a breath of fresh air - I instantly felt soothed and nurtured, and like I completely belonged there. Saying 'yes' to this 'me time' was exactly what I needed to feel supported, the community is sweet and welcoming. I can't wait to see what next year holds for this community - I see it growing by leaps and bounds, and I look forward to being a part of it!
